I am a firm believer in the importance of breakfast. However, you also have to eat the right things. And as we don’t what or how much people were were given, it’s impossible to know how much weight to give this study. I would wager that eating boiled eggs and berries, for example, versus a bowl of sugary cereal, would have vastly different effects on weight loss efforts.
