Confidentiality of data relating to individual patients and visitors to this blog, including their identity, is respected by this blog.  Steve Parker, M.D., and pxHealth undertake to honor or exceed the legal requirements of medical/health information privacy that apply in Arizona and the United States of America.  This blog does not use cookies.  We collect no information from visitors unless they choose to leave a comment, in which case their e-mail address and IP are collected and stored on a WordPress.com server.  Only Steve Parker has access to that information, which is collected as part of WordPress.com’s standard protocol, and is used only to minimize spam.
