    Article makes excellent points. The more one exercises ALL the skeletal muscles ( burns off the stored glucose in the temporary storage sites of the muscles – drawing down the glucose), the better the whole system regulates the overall blood glucose as well as cirulating nutrients, oxygen, getting waste products out.not to mention strengthing all the muscles and tuning them up.
