I I one of those who has had a nasty dawn effect that originally saw numbers at 238 in am early.As a result I eat a low glycemic breakfast of mostly proteins and restricted carbs to keep numbers down till body back up at speed on medicines and operation. I limit breakfast to 300 calories max.
