I just purchased your book and like it; it will be a valuable tool in my wieght loss plan as well as keeping diabetes at bay. My family has a strong history and I’m commited to do everthing possible to prevent it from happening to me. In a few days by blood sugars have already leveled out, not that they were extremely high. I will be anxious to have an A1c after 6 months on the plan. From experience I know low carb is the way to eat but occasionally I fall off the bandwagon and your book and this website have given me the push to get back on the plan. Not to mention that I love cheese and wine and don’t want to live on a plan that doesn’t allow me some of lifes little pleasures.
