    Eat less and move more to lose weight.

      Bad advice Ivan. If all you do is eat less of the same food that got you fat, eating less and moving more, will just make you extremely hungry and set you up to regain all (an probably more) of the weight.
      The key is to eat foods that bring your hormones back into balance and control appetite, otherwise nothing works.

    Planning is one of the most significant things. We often make lofty goals but don’t think much about how to achieve them practically. That includes plans like ‘eat less and move more’. They sound good on paper but they’re far too vague to ever be practical.
