I’ll admit I’ve been prone to constipation in the past if I didn’t get adequate fiber. Expert nutrition panels recommend adults eat 25-30 grams of fiber daily. My average fiber intake for the last three days is 11 grams. Will start sugar-free Metamucil powder. TMI?
