No wonder they’re not having much success:

    I love low carb Mediterranean because it works. I started out on VLC for 6 months and dropped 35 pounds and bs went to 90 from 175. Now I will add one food to see if I can tolerate it and keep weight steady. My doctors still not convinced even with the a1c 5. Thank you
