		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the concern, Melanie.  I&#039;m thinking the mild on-and-off symptoms will be temporary, and they&#039;re not affecting my sleep, job performance, or energy level.  Overall, I feel good am and still excited about the project.  I judge risk to be minimal.  These symptoms convince me this very low-carb diet is altering my physiology (internal chemical environment) in ways not seen with mildly calorie-restricted balanced diets.
